Installing Photoshop Elements Actions

Open Photoshop Elements, and click on Expert Mode

Next go to Windows at the top left corner, and select Actions.

It should look like this!

Next Select the drop down menu on the right hand corner

Click "Load Actions" and navigate to the folder that you unzipped the action to and select it That's it, you are done!
